I left Granada on Monday and am doing a series of short stays over the next weeks.
First stop was Nerja, where I spent a lovely day and a half enjoying the sun and sea.
Also caves. Nerja has a lovely series of caves that have interesting geological formations and archeological significance. (There is some very old cave art!)
I also set a new personal geocaching record in Nerja where I actually found all of the caches I went looking for.
Next stop was Córdoba. Many more photos to come, but the Courtyard Festival is going on right now, so there are many patios and balconies around the city all dressed up to compete for the title of best patio/best balcony.
I’ll be in Córdoba a bit longer today, and then it’s off to Sevilla. (I was originally supposed to go to Ronda next, but that’s a story for another day…)
After Sevilla I’ll visit Ronda, Jimena de la Frontera, Gibraltar/La Línea de la Concepción, and Cádiz. Unless, of course, it changes again. Stay tuned!
