By this point the rain had picked up and it was raining heavily and steadily across the entire Iberian peninsula.<\/p>\n<p>Ronda is one of the &#8220;White Towns of Andalucia&#8221; &#8211; a collection of mountain villages in and around the\u00a0Sierra de Grazalema Natural Park characterized by their whitewashed walls and red tile roofs. So I spent most of that time wandering around town, geocaching and enjoying the vistas. (Actually, it&#8217;s thanks to geocaching that I found the viewpoint to take the pictures of Puente Nuevo above.
