Instead, have some bullet points:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>This surgery has been planned for a while, there&#8217;s no emergency, and\u00a0I&#8217;m not dying.<\/li>\n<li>Recovery for this surgery typically takes about 6 weeks.<\/li>\n<li>I would love to have visitors once I get through my initial recovery and can stay awake for reasonable periods of time. (If I had to guess, this will probably be in about 10 days.)<\/li>\n<li>I&#8217;m feeling very relaxed and prepared going into this procedure.
